How We Do It
Seacliff Family Law provides a tailored approach based on your specific circumstances. No two family law matters are the same. Your family lawyer at Seacliff Family Law will work with you to develop a tailored solution utilising, where appropriate, our 4-step process:
01/ IDENTIFY + PLAN
We get to know you, your situation and circumstances. We identify the issues, your needs and goals. From there we set a strategy and plan. This process starts with an initial consultation.
02/ gather
We gather the necessary information, data and evidence needed for your matter. This may include obtaining certain documents, financial disclosure, an expert report or collaborating with other professionals such as an accountant or financial planner.
03/ resolution pathway
We build a proposal and decide on the most appropriate resolution pathway. This could include one or a combination of direct negotiations between the parties, lawyer assisted negotiations, collaborative law, mediation, arbitration or Court proceedings.
04/ Finalisation
Once an agreement is reached or an outcome is decided, it’s time for things to be documented and formalised. This could be a parenting plan, consent orders, court orders, an arbitration award, financial agreement or child support agreement.
